Welcome to yourcareerplace.com. We are a membership service that provides our members with access to online training streamed over the internet to computers and other devices.

These terms of use govern the use of our service. Our service means the service provided by yourcareerplace.com includes watching online training, including all features and functionalities, as well as all content published on our website.

Please note that Terms of Use include hyperlinks that may be accessed only through our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
a. These Terms of Use, which include our Privacy Policy, govern your use of Yourcareerplace.com services. By using, visiting or browsing the yourcareerplace.com website, herein referred to as the “Web Site”, you agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the yourcareerplace.com service.
b. Yourcareerplace.com is produced by Career Place, Inc.

Yourcareerplace.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Terms of Use, in whole or in part at any time. Your continued use of the Web Site and/or the services made available on or through the Web Site after changes to the Terms of Use are posted will be considered acceptance of these changes.

3. Communication Preferences
By using yourcareerplace.com you consent to receive electronic communications from yourcareerplace.com relating to your account.

4. Annual Membership
Your yourcareerplace.com Annual Membership is for one (1) year from the date of signup. We will notify members as their expiration date approaches.

5. Payment Methods
Yourcareerplace.com will not save credit card data and therefore any additional purchases, including membership renewal, will require credit card information.

6. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time and you will continue to have access to the yourcareerplace.com service through the end of your membership year. You will not receive notice about membership renewal as your membership year approaches completion.

7. Yourcareerplace.com Service
a. The Yourcareerplace.com website and its contents, features and functionality are owned by us. During your yourcareerplace.com membership, we grant you a limited, non-excusive, non-transferrable, license to access to the yourcareerplace.com training the service on a streaming only basis for that purpose.
b. You agree not to archive or download Yourcareerplace.com owned property for anything other than personal use. You will not reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, license or create derivative works from yourcareerplace.com, or offer for sale without written permission from Yourcareerplace.com.
c. Each member will have a unique password which will enable them to access material according to their membership level. This password may not be shared and is for the exclusive use by the member only.
d.  Each member will automatically be signed up to receive the yourcareerplace.com newsletter at no cost.

9. Submitted Materials

Any information, creative works, demos, ideas, suggestions, concepts, methods, systems, designs, plan, techniques, or other materials sent to us) including for example and without limitation, that which that which you submit or post to our chat rooms, message boards, survey responses and or our blogs or send to us via e-mail (“Submitted Materials”) will deemed not to be secret or confidential, and may be used by us in any manner consistent with the Privacy Policy of Yourcareerplace.com. By submitting or sending Submitted Materials to us, you (i) represent and warrant that the Submitted Materials are original to you, that no other party has any rights thereto and that any “moral rights” have been waived, and (ii) and you grant us and our affiliates a royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully transferable, assignable and sub-licensable right and license to us to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display and incorporate in other works any Submitted Materials in whole or part in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional and/or commercial purposes. Yourcareerplace.com cannot be responsible for maintaining any Submitted Materials that you provide to us, and we may delete or destroy any Submitted Materials at any time.

10. Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names (Collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Web Site or on content available through the Web Site are our registered and unregistered Trademarks and others and may not be used in connection with products and/or services that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by their rights holders that are likely to cause customer confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits their rights holders. All Trademarks not owned by us, that appear on the Web Site or on or through the Web Sites services, if any, are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Web Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Web Site without our written permission or the third party that may own the applicable Trademark. We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Web Site and/or its services if we believe you are in breach of our Terms of Use or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability. We maintain a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of the Web Site use privileges of users that are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
